The TPA was notified of nine bank account changes that needed to be made to the current EFT file. We received six new additions that were also added to the file. These changes/additions were made and a new file was distributed today, August 23, 2013. Please check your CGDP mailbox to confirm receipt. For these fifteen records, we have updated the banking information, and the EFT Effective Date column with 08/23/2013. Please click on the link below for specific details of the changes/additions.
